Sea Stone 21/15

Blown glass, transparent cobalt and aqua blue hollow murrine meticulously woven together with copper wire and a bronze tag with artist's signature. A lovely artwork reminiscent of organic growth systems.

Inspired by my fascination with the calcium carbonate 'bones' of coral reefs.  I grew up diving in the Caribbean and helping my mother in her dive business on St Thomas USVI.
